You bet we do. We stand behind everything we sell. If you have any issues within the first 30 days contact us and we'll fix the problem. Guaranteed.
Is the information I submit absolutely secure?
Absolutely! Your orders are processed through a secure server. All the information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Credit card transactions are processed securely by SSL Security. We do not store credit card numbers, so this information is not retrievable.
Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
Always and forever, yes. You can track your package directly through info@readyaction.ca
How long will my product(s) take to arrive?
Well, that depends on which shipping option you selected:
Canada post First Class - 3-6 business days
Canada post priority- 2-3 business days
I haven't received my products. What do I do now?

We charge a flat rate of $27.99 for all international orders, shipped via Post Canada International.

Where did the design of the logo come from?
The term "Ready...Action" stems from video production. The logo resembles a clap board, which is used to begin a shoot...Ready...Action! We have also incorporated mountains, as the product is made for an active lifestyle.
